How It Works
1. Browse & Select Items
Explore our range of chairs, tables, and accessories.
Choose your desired items and quantities, then click “Add to Quote” for each.
2. View Your Quote
Once you’ve added all your items, click the “View Quote” button to confirm your selections.
3. Submit Your Request
Fill in your event details — including the date, location, and preference for delivery or pickup.
Click “Submit Request” and you’ll see a message saying “Request Submitted”.
You’ll also receive an email confirmation.
4. Receive a Quote Within 24 Hours
We’ll review your request and send you a detailed quote via email within 24 hours.
5. Secure Your Booking with a Bond
If you’re happy with the quote, you’ll pay a refundable bond to confirm your booking.
This helps ensure all items are returned in good condition.
6. Your Event
If You Selected Delivery
You’ll coordinate times with our driver.
Options include:
• Same-day delivery & pickup
• Delivery the day before, pickup same day
• Delivery same day, pickup the day after
We’ll make sure your items are ready and on time.
If You Selected Pickup
Pickup is from Casula 2170.
We usually allow pickup the day before and return the day after your event.
Pickup time will be confirmed after the bond is paid.
7. Payment
The full amount is due at the time of pickup or delivery.
We accept cash or bank transfer.
8. Bond Refunded
After all items are returned or collected in good condition, your bond will be fully refunded.
