Booking Process

  1. Explore our range of chairs, tables, props and accessories.
  2. Select your desired items and quantities, then click “Add to Quote.”
  3. Once you’ve added all items, click “View Quote.
  4. Fill out all required information and click “Submit Quote.”
  5. You will receive a confirmation email — please check spam/junk if you don’t see it.
  6. Our team will contact you via email or SMS with a detailed quote including delivery and pickup fees, and setup & pack down fees where applicable. (Item prices remain the same as listed on the website).
  7. If you're happy with the quote, you must reply to the email/SMS confirming your booking details, and pay the bond. Once both are received, your booking will be finalised and confirmed.
  8. Full hire payment is due at the time of pickup or delivery. We accept cash or bank transfers. The bond is separate from the hire fee and is not deducted from the total hire amount.
  9. After all items are returned or collected in good condition, your bond will be refunded within 24–48 hours.

Event Day Process

1. If You Selected Delivery

We will coordinate delivery and pickup times with you. 

Options include:

  • Same-day delivery & same-day pickup
  • Delivery the day before & pickup same day
  • Delivery same day & pickup the following day

Our driver will ensure your items are delivered on time and ready for use.

2. If You Selected Pickup

Pickup is from Prestons 2170.
For your convenience, we typically allow:

  • Pickup the day before the event
  • Return the day after the event

Pickup time will be confirmed after the bond is paid.

Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings are not finalised until event details are confirmed and the bond is paid. Until then, items may still be offered to other customers.

2. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event date will result in forfeiture of the bond.

3. Full hire payment is due at the time of pickup or delivery. We accept cash or bank transfers. The bond is separate from the hire fee and is not deducted from the total hire amount.

4. All items are for hire and remain in hire-quality condition. Items are cleaned and maintained regularly; however, minor marks, scuffs or signs of previous use may be present and are considered normal.

5. Any issues or concerns must be reported at the time of pickup or immediately upon delivery/drop-off to allow the best opportunity to assess and rectify the issue. Concerns raised after this time may not be accepted.

6. Any of the following may result in partial or full bond forfeiture:
• Lost or missing items
• Damaged items
• Wet, stained or excessively dirty items
• Late return of items

If replacement or cleaning costs exceed the bond, the hirer is responsible for the additional amount.

7. Weather & Outdoor Use
The hirer is responsible for protecting items from rain, mud, moisture and heat damage.
We may refuse outdoor setup if weather conditions are unsafe.

8. Outdoor arches, backdrops, umbrellas or balloon installations cannot be set up in high wind or storm conditions. We reserve the right to modify or refuse outdoor setup for safety reasons.

9. Delivery fees are based on distance, stairs, access difficulty and timing. Undisclosed access issues (e.g. stairs, difficult parking) may incur additional fees. Pickup is available from Prestons 2170 by arrangement.

10. Setup and pack down are not included unless specifically quoted.

11. For safety purposes, props, backdrops and display items will only be set up on flat, level ground. Setup cannot occur on uneven or unstable surfaces such as grass slopes, gravel, stairs, angled driveways or uneven tiles. If a safe setup area is not available, setup may be refused or relocated.

12. We are not liable for injuries, accidents or damage resulting from misuse or unsafe handling of hired items.

13. Bonds are refunded once all items are counted, inspected and returned in good condition.Bond refunds may take 24–48 hours to process.

14. From delivery/pickup until return/collection, the hirer is responsible for:
• The safety of all hired items
• Proper care and use
• Securing items from theft, weather and misuse
